Colliers management portfolio is now around 500,000 sqm, of which 210,000 sqm is located outside Bucharest.

The Office, which was purchased by Dedeman in April, is located in the centre of Cluj-Napoca, one of the fastest growing regional cities in the country. The BREEAM certified complex has 64,000 sqm gla, leased out to IT and service companies.
