SeeNews.com: Banca Transilvania leads blue-chip gainers on Bucharest bourse

Blue chip lender Banca Transilvania [BSE:TLV] led the gainers among the blue chips on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on Monday, bourse data showed, according to SeeNews.com.

The total equity turnover of the BVB fell to 13.8 million lei ($3.3 million/ 3.04 million euro) from 27.5 million lei on Friday.

Banca Transilvania was the top blue-chip gainer, climbing 2.21% to 2.78 lei and posted the day’s largest turnover of 4.55 million lei.

Blue-chip natural gas producer Romgaz [BSE: SNG] gained 0.82% to 30.85 lei and posted the day’s second largest turnover of 1.88 million lei.

Romanian lender Erste Group Bank AG [BSE:EBS] jumped 4.32% to 145 lei and posted the day’s third largest turnover of 1 million lei.
