Romania US Cosmetics retailer NYX Professional Makeup will open its first store in the west of Romania in Timişoara on the ground floor of Iulius Mall, says EuroBuildCEE.com.The 71,000 sqm shopping centre is part of the Openville mixed-use project, which will eventually have a total retail area of 118,000 sqm.
NYX Professional Makeup will provide clients with a complete, customised range of high quality beauty products. The American brand was created in 1999 in Los Angeles and has a worldwide presence both via specialty beauty stores and via its own locations. The store in Openville Timişoara will be the fifth to open in Romania, after the locations in Bucharest, Constanța and Cluj-Napoca.
The new retail premises will be in an expansion wing to the shopping mall.
The Openville project will also include seven class A office buildings, a multiplex cinema, two conference and event centres with ten halls, as well as a variety of restaurants and themed cafés.
After the two office buildings completed in 2017, work is underway on two other office buildings, the new retail space and an underground car park with more than 580 spaces.
