The Swiss provider of premium accommodation, Visionapartments, will open in central Bucharest a 106-room building with a spa following an investment of €23M, according to RLI.uk.co.
The project located near Calea Victoriei will target both business and leisure tourists with a mix of facilities that includes a conference hall, an indoor pool, two restaurants and a ballroom.
“We look forward to welcoming travellers from around the world and creating unforgettable memories together,” said Anja Graf, the CEO of Visionapartments.
At present, the company is present in Austria, Germany, Poland, Romania and Switzerland with its own buildings and more than 160 locations through its partners. Moreover, the company has its own platform that supplies over 200,000 serviced apartments in large cities.
