U-BT Cluj defeated Studentski Centar 95–82 in ABA League Round 7, securing their fourth win of the season in this competition, according to Basketball Sphere.
The game began with balanced play from both teams, but an excellent second quarter pulled U-BT Cluj ahead by +14.
The Romanian team continued to play dominant basketball, reaching a +31 lead in the third quarter and effectively sealing the victory. Studentski Centar managed to reduce the margin to a consoling -13 with a strong final period.
Dusan Miletic was the top scorer for the winning team with 18 points and 8 rebounds, while Fats Russell added 18 points and 6 assists. On the other side, Aleksa Ilic scored 22 points.
In the second ABA League game of the day, Zadar defeated Mega after a somewhat weaker first quarter in which they trailed by 5 points. From the second quarter onward, they took over with a strong performance, led by Vladimir Mihailovic with 25 points and Lovro Mazalin with 22, securing an 88–73 win—Zadar’s second victory of the season.
