After a difficult 2022, where the effects of the pandemic were felt, 2023 came with new challenges for Eco Garden Construct, but also with opportunities and plans to diversify and enrich the portfolio. With 20 years of experience in landscaping, ECO GARDEN CONSTRUCT has set out to achieve important goals for the company’s development.
One of the first objectives is to digitise internal processes by implementing modern project management tools for both public authority and private clients. Our approach aims at streamlining all processes, from contracting to execution, so that the beneficiaries of the implemented projects benefit from a higher degree of satisfaction compared to the market competition.
Another goal for 2023, which has been partially implemented so far, is an entire revitalization process of the ECO GARDEN CONSTRUCT brand, a brand that has grown spectacularly in recent years, so a different approach from a marketing point of view is more than necessary.
From the perspective of the projects we have in mind, we estimate that the year 2023 will mean for ECO GARDEN CONSTRUCT the transition to general contracting for civil construction and landscaping works. This will mean more responsibility and professionalism at all levels of the team. Our efforts will also be concentrated on identifying commercial partnerships with major construction companies worldwide.
