EOn moves BSS HQ to Record Park

E.On Business Services Cluj has leased 3,500 sqm of office space in the Record Park mixed-use complex in Cluj-Napoca in northwestern Romania. E.On Business Services Cluj, the accounting services division of German electric utility company group E.On, will be relocating its head office from Amera Tower. The transaction was brokered by Griffes, accorging to EurobuildCEE.com.

Record Park’s office section comprises 12,000 sqm in a smart building, a sports centre with an outdoor pool operated by World Class, a restaurant and a coworking hub in a renovated 200-year-old building.

Early this year, Belgian developer Speedwell sold Record Park offices for EUR 35 mln to Belgian investment fund AYA Properties Fund. There is a limited shareholder overlap between the two companies.

Record Park stands on a 17 ha site about 1 km northeast of Cluj-Napoca’s Old Town. As well as offices, it contains 236 apartments, 1,000 sqm of retail and 7,000 sqm of green space.
