One of the most efficient companies in the field of environmental technologies, Klarwin, manages a vital project for Cluj county: the purification of the toxic leachate produced by the former landfill from Pata Rât and its transformation into permeate, ie clean water, able to support life. This transformation is achieved through the latest technology provided by Klarwin.
“The biggest challenges are related to the constancy of the permeate quality, at the discharge into the Zăpodie River, corroborated with the changes in the leachate quality of the waste over 70 years old that are deposited in the Pata Rât landfill. Basically, we must be able, with all the technological adaptations, to obtain the same permeate, regardless of the quality of the leachate that enters the basins from which the leachate treatment plant is fed ”, says the Klarwin representative, Lucian Pavel.
