RE/Max Romania closed 2,500 transactions in 2018 worth EUR 155 million

RE / MAX Romania, part of the world leader in real estate and the world’s number one franchise on this segment, last year closed over 2,500 real estate transactions worth EUR 155 million per total. For the current year, the company expects a 40 percent increase in commissions to about EUR 4.2 million, according to Business-Review.eu.

According to the company’s centralized data, the value of commissions earned in 2018 from real estate brokerage was more than EUR 3 million, recording an increase of about 50 percent over the previous year. Also, the RE / MAX local network ended in 2018 with 42 franchised offices and 350 members, exceeding the estimates made in this respect by the end of 2017.
