C&W Echinox: Office transactions reached 531 million euro in Romania last year

Transactions with offices reached a record level in 2018, 20 buildings with a cumulated rentable area of 220,000 sq.m and a value of 500 million euro being purchased in Bucharest alone, according to a report made by real estate consulting company Cushman and Wakefield Echinox.

Office buildings were also sold in Cluj Napoca and Timisoara, the overall value of real estate transactions for offices at national level being 531 million euro, according to ActMedia.eu.
