“This system will support the university’s efforts to reduce bureaucracy, improve efficiency, and simplify procedures by digitalising 250 internal administrative processes for the benefit of students, and by creating an electronic registry and a digital archive,” AROBS said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
AROBS Transilvania Software is an IT company established in 1998 and headquartered in Cluj-Napoca. Last month, the company said it is acquiring local tachograph data management and analysis solutions firm SVT Electronics for an undisclosed amount.
