
Orange’s 5G/5G+ network now reaches a total of 40 cities across Romania, including Arad, Bacau, Baia Mare, Brasov, Braila, Bucuresti, Craiova, Cluj-Napoca, Constanta, Galati, Iasi, Miercurea Ciuc, Pitesti, Sibiu, Suceava, Oradea, Timisoara, and Targu Mures, as well as localities in Ilfov County and tourist mountain and summer resorts across the country, the company said. Furthermore, Orange added that the number of cities with 100 percent 5G coverage has steadily increased.
To celebrate the expansion, Orange is offering free access to its 5G+ network until August 31 for all subscribers with compatible phones, including PrePay customers in covered areas. Customers switching from PrePay to subscription services can also enjoy 50 percent discounts and unlimited internet starting at 5.5 euros.
