Prime Kapital Opens New Mall in Alba Iulia

Carolina Mall has been inaugurated in Alba Iulia following an investment of around €47M. The mall has a leasable area of over 33,100sq m and hosts 70 stores, according to rli.co.uk.

The tenant mix includes the first Carrefour hypermarket in Alba Iulia, a service and fashion area, a food court and a terrace.

Prime Kapital is one of the biggest developers and owners of shopping malls and retail parks. The company is also developing mixed-use and residential projects in Bucharest and regional cities.

In late 2022, Prime Kapital announced investment plans of more than €330M in a massive urban regeneration project in Cluj-Napoca.
