
According to the source, 2022 continued the growing trend of the number of building projects with positive evolutions in nine fields analyzed: Office/Commercial, Private residential buildings, Social buildings, Hotel & leisure, Industrial, Infrastructure, Medial & Scientific, Retail and Utilities. The most significant increase is in the field of infrastructure, says ActMedia.eu.
The private building segment recorded 12,149 investments in 2022, on the rise by 17% against the previous year. This segment was followed by the industrial segment with 5,960 projects (+11.5%).
Cluj, Timis and Bucharrst-Ilfov were the most attractive areas for investors in 2022. Cluj recorded 2,315 building projects (15.2% vs 2021), while Timis had 2,110 building projects (17.2%), while in Bucharest-Ilfov there were 1,799 projects (+4% vs 2021).
The market analysis shows that Botosani county reported the highest increase, with a plus of 51.3%, from 275 investments monitored in 2021 to 416 in 2022. Suceava county had an increase of 41.3% of the number of projects.
At the opposite pole we find the counties of Alba, Covasna and Valcea with drops in the number of building projets.
“In 2022 we had the same trend recorded in previous years. The private residential sector ranks first, being the only sector exceeding 2,000 projects in a single area, that is 2,707 investments in the North-Western area. The area is also a leader in Office & Commercial, Hotel& Leisure an Industrial sectors. As for highs reached in 2022, we should mention that the private residential sector exceeded 1,000 building sights in Bucharest-Ilfov, Center, North-West, South-East and West. The Industrial sector reached 1,016 building projects in the North-Western area,” show data monitored by Victa.ro, a virtual sales assistant for building sites.
Investors showed less interest in Retail building projects in the Western and Bucharest-Ilfov.
