Zitec increased team by 40% since beginning of year

Zitec, a leader in the IT& digital marketing in Romania, specialized in developing solutions and services of digital transformation, announces the 40% team increase since the beginning of the year to the present , compared to the same period of last year, the press release sent to ACT Media mentions.The company hired over 90 specialists the team including 330members in Bucharest and in other cities like Brasov, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Iasi, according to ActMedia.eu.

Zitec intends to expand the team with at least 40 employees: programmers (PHP, .NET, Magento, WordPress) specialists for Quality Assurance, Scrum and Product Owners, marketing and sales. In addition, the company will extend teams of its own products – Regista and Mirro.io. The recruiting process is flexible and adapted to work from home, so that candidates can apply for free positions in all cities in the country.

The company works in hybrid system, which allows team members to decide on the option to carry out activity.

The last survey made by the company showed that 20% of Zitec members chose to work in office more than 3 days per week, 50% to work mostly from home and 30% to work hybrid style, alternating office work with home work.
