Banca Transilvania increases its capital by RON 2.6 million

Banca Transilvania (TLV) has increased its share capital by RON 2.6 million, to reach RON 4.8 billion, following the conversion of 2.6 million Bancpost shares with a nominal value of RON 1 per unit, according to Business-Review.eu.

The increase is a result of the Bancpost acquisition, the absorption of which was completed at the end of last year, according to the statement provided to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
