C&W Echinox: Cargo-Partner rents a hub in Cluj of 2,700 sqm

International transport supplier and Austrian info-logistic solutions cargo-partner, rented a storage space and offices,  in Jucu locality, Cluj in TRC Park, of 2,700 sqm.  The transaction was intermediated by real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. The logistic park was developed by Transilvania Constructii, says Business-Review.eu.

Rodica Tarcavu, partner of Industrial Agency: “The transaction was important from the perspective of the opening of a new hub by Cargo-partner. We helped the tenant to identify the appropriate place.”

Cargo-partner, present in Bucharest, Timisoara, Constanta, Iasi, Sibiu and Cluj, will extend until 2018 in Cluj up to 4,000 sqm.

Cosmin Bradea, the new managing director of Cargo-partner Romania (photo) said: „October this year marks the beginning of a new stage in Cargo-partner Expeditii expansion on the Romanian market, by launching the third logistic storage and cross-docking, the one in Cluj Napoca.”

Cargo-partner offers storage and cross docking services, road, marine and air transport. For most of the clients, the company covers supply chain logistic.
