Aquila Group consolidates Cluj hub with 10,000 sqm space

Transport and distribution player Aquila Part Prod Com has leased 10,000 square meters of office and storage spaces on the ground of a real estate project located in Apahida, Cluj County, in a bid to consolidate its operations in this part of the country, says Business-Review.eu.

The transaction involving the built-to-suit space was brokered by Cushman&Wakefield Echinox.

Rodica Tarcavu, partner, Industrial Agency, says the stand alone construction can be extended as this was one of the requirements of Aquila.
