Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca post the most expensive rents

Imobilare.ro developed a new analysis on the most expensive and the cheapest apartments in four big cities: Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Iasi, taking into account the average prices apartments with one, two and three bedrooms over the summer, says Business-Review.eu.

According to the study, Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca post the highest rents. For instance, the price per month of a rental studio in Lipscani is EUR 450, the same average price registered in the semi-central area of Cluj.

On the second place in Bucharest are Splaiul Unirii and Aviatiei area, where the rents are EUR 425, respectively EUR 400. The cheapest studios are in Ferentari area, Fundeni and Baicului, where the rentals are EUR 140, EUR 143, respectively EUR 153/ month, according to Imobiliare.ro.

On the two-bedroom segment, the most expensive apartments in Bucharest for rent are in Amzei area (EUR 650/month), Primaverii (EUR 566/month) and Herastrau (EUR 540/month). On the other hand, the cheapest apartments are in Balta Alba (EUR 190/month), Andronache (EUR 203) and Alexandriei (EUR 208).

The three-room apartments for rent with the highest prices are in Nordului area (EUR 950/month), Piata Victoriei (EUR 800) and Primaverii (EUR 750/month). The most accessible prices for apartments for rent are in Piata Resita (EUR 264/month), Pache Protopopescu (EUR 275/month), and Rahova (EUR 279).

In Cluj-Napoca, on the second place in the ranking of the most expensive rents for studios are Calea Turzii (EUR 260), followed by Andrei Muresanu district (EUR 255/month). The most accessible prices can be found in Dambul Rotund area (EUR 108/month), Baciu ( EUR 138) and Grigorescu (EUR 149).

The most expensive two-room apartments in Cluj-Napoca are are in Borhanci (EUR 600/month) and Bulgaria (EUR 500), while the most accessible prices are in Aurel Vlaicu (EUR 255) and Dambul Rotund (EUR 235).

On three-room apartments segment, the highest prices are in Horea area, with EUR 1,000/month.
