The level of expectations of the young generation is much too high, the result being they do not get a job for a longer period of time, they want immediate promotion, says ActMedia.eu.
‘The young people have no patience to apprenticeship, as it used to be, when they were at the beginning of the road and had two years to learn in a company. At present, the young people want to be promoted and have their salary increased in the first months of work’ stated Alexandra Urseanu, executive manager of the consultancy company Hart Consulting.
