CTP leases more space in Romania to cargo-partner

Czech real estate developer CTP said that it has leased 7,800 sq m of space at an industrial park it owns near Romania’s northwestern city of Cluj-Napoca to Austrian-headquartered transport and info-logistics services provider cargo-partner, according to See News.

The lease agreement at CTPark Cluj, whose value was not disclosed, extends cargo-partner’s warehousing capacity in the Transylvania region and brings its total leased space at CTP parks in Romania to 28,000 sq m, the Czech real estate developer said in a press release on Wednesday. Cargo-partner also operates warehouses at CTPark Bucharest West and CTPark Timisoara Ghiroda.
