SWISS is set to expand its travel offerings in the 2024/25 winter schedule, continuing many of the routes introduced in the summer of 2024. The airline will maintain its new routes from Zurich to Washington DC, London Gatwick, Cluj-Napoca, and Košice, as well as the Geneva to Oslo route, throughout the winter. Additionally, SWISS plans to increase flight frequencies on long-haul routes to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, and Shanghai, according to Travel and Tour World.
Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) is further developing its network by maintaining several destinations introduced in the summer into the winter season. Notably, the Zurich to Washington, DC route will see five weekly flights. London Gatwick will have daily flights, and Cluj-Napoca and Košice will each have flights three times a week.
Flight frequencies on select intercontinental routes will also increase; flights to Los Angeles and San Francisco will operate daily, Zurich to Miami will have twice-daily flights, and daily flights will connect Zurich and Shanghai.
Geneva’s travelers will continue to enjoy a non-stop service to Oslo, with six weekly flights scheduled for the winter. Additional increases include Geneva to Copenhagen, now with five weekly flights, and to Valencia and Malaga, each with three weekly flights.
The winter schedule, effective from 27 October 2024 to 29 March 2025, will include 93 destinations across Zurich and Geneva—65 European and 23 intercontinental from Zurich, plus New York and 22 other short-haul destinations from Geneva.
