The Association of Employers and Craftsmen Cluj is organizing the last course on Data Analysis for LEAN/QA/Logistics Systems in November 2023. This course is free of charge and is offered through the Digital Accelerator program.
The course is aimed at people who want to learn how data analytics can help optimise production flows and processes to reduce waste and make the business as a whole more efficient.
What will you learn?
1. Process analysis methods and techniques using computer systems.
2. Principles and tools of Lean management in the context of digitisation.
3. Process control methods and techniques.
4. Methods and techniques for identifying the value stream for the realisation of products and/or services provided by the process for which it is responsible using computer data analysis.
5. Methods and techniques for effective workplace organisation (5S) in a digital context.
The course lasts 24 hours (8 hours of theory and 16 hours of practical training) and takes place online.
Conditions for participation: the course is FREE of charge for people who meet the eligibility conditions, with reference to the labour market status and sector of activity of the company (employer).
