Pluria launches a new reservation service for meeting rooms and private offices

The company Pluria, launched in September 2020 by the entrepreneur Andrei Creţu, co-founder of the 7card network, is innovating again and providing companies with the service of renting meeting rooms directly from their mobile phones. The Pluria network includes over 100 co-working spaces in Romania and Spain, the next country on the company’s development list being Portugal. The investment in launching this new service is 100,000 euros, the entire project benefiting, so far, from a total investment of 300,000 euros, according to Business-Review.eu.

After less than half a year of operation, the Pluria network includes over 100 spaces in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Iasi, Constanta, Galati, Oradea, Sibiu, and Targu-Mures, but also in the Spanish cities of Madrid and Barcelona. The Pluria offer includes numerous co-working spaces, but also cafes and hotel lounges, such as those of the Accor and Marriott groups.

„Pluria offers corporate clients the best selection of meeting rooms and private offices in Romania and Spain for all their needs: a meeting with clients or a meeting with the team. With the help of the mobile application, customers can book these spaces directly from the mobile phone, thus facilitating collaboration between teams and improving the organizational culture. The service is on-demand, there is the possibility to control its use, and one can book a space for a few hours or a few days, depending on the specific needs of each client. It does not require a subscription, and companies that have one on the hot desk for their employees will have an additional cost for this reservation service for meeting rooms and private offices “, explains Andrei Creţu, the founder of Pluria.

The Pluria mobile application allows users to make all reservations or cancellations directly from the phone and send invitations to the participants, who will receive by e-mail all the necessary details. Since its launch, over 3,800 people downloaded the app.
“The last year has shown us that the future of work will be a hybrid and digital, a combination of work from home, from complementary spaces and from the company’s office. Recently, the Pluria team also conducted a survey on this topic, and 64% of those surveyed opted for Work from Anywhere. I already sensed that many employees don`t feel comfortable anymore having only two options, working from home or office; but we were surprised by the percentage. It is clear that working in flexible spaces is part of the new model, which will work even after the pandemic passes. We already have over 20 corporate clients, mostly in the tech and professional services industry, from start-ups to multinationals that use Pluria services. In addition, recently, we launched a collaboration with the suppliers of electricity and natural gas belonging to the Enel group in Romania, through which, by accessing the electricity offer dedicated to them, small entrepreneurs have access to the spaces in our network”, says Andrei Cretu.
