Cluj-Napoca, the main city of Transylvania, has been named as one of the host cities for a major European volleyball event.
Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania have been confirmed as hosts of the Women’s EuropeanVolleyball Championship, to be held from 18 August to 4 September this year, with the 24 best European teams participating, the European Volleyball Confederation has confirmed, according to CroatiaWeek.com.
The host cities of the 2021 championship are Zadar (Croatia), Belgrade (Serbia), Plovdiv (Bulgaria) and Cluj-Napoca (Romania).
