Romanian stock indices ended Tuesday session in red, as lender Banca Transilvania [BSE:TLV] led blue-chip decliners, data from the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB, indicated, according to SeeNews.com.
The total equity turnover of the BVB amounted to some 18.35 million lei ($4.6 million/ 3.8 million euro) on Tuesday, compared to 23 million lei on Monday, BVB’s website showed.
Banca Transilvania led blue-chip decliners on Tuesday, losing 2.68% to 2.1750 lei in the largest trading turnover during the session, of 4.66 million lei.
Blue-chip bank BRD Societe Generale [BSE:BRD] share price jumped 3.06% to 14.84 lei in the day’s second largest turnover of 2.97 million lei.
Blue-chip oil and gas group OMV Petrom [BSE:SNP] lost 0.42% to 0.3585 lei in the day’s third largest turnover of 2.35 million lei.
