The Romanian team of KPMG has acquired Ensight Management Consulting, a Bucharest-based management consultancy with around 25 professionals, according to Consultancy.eu.
The deal comes on the back of a long-standing partnership between the two firms, which kicked off in 2013. Since then, KPMG Advisory and Ensight have teamed up on a number of occasions, on projects including business transformation, finance optimisation, performance improvement and digital transformation.
“The integration of Ensight Management Consulting, one of the leading domestic providers of management consultancy services in Romania, into KPMG is a natural development of a successful partnership,” explained Ramona Jurubiță, KPMG’s boss in Romania
