Romanian stock indices ended the week in the green, as lender Banca Transilvania [BSE:TLV] paced blue-chip gainers, data from the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB, indicated, according to SeeNews.com.
The total equity turnover of the BVB amounted to some 32.41 million lei ($7.9 million/6.7 million euro) on Friday, compared to 22.54 million lei on Thursday, BVB’s website showed.
Lender BRD Societe Generale [BSE:BRD] traded 0.86% lower to 11.56 lei in the largest trading turnover during the session, of 12.6 million lei.
Natural gas producer Romgaz [BSE:SNG] stood to 28.5 lei in the day’s second largest turnover of 5.2 million lei.
Banca Transilvania was the top blue-chip gainer on Friday, as its share price rose 1.39% to 2.19 lei in the day’s third largest turnover of 3.9 lei.
