Real estate developer Werk has invested EUR 2.5 million in a parking with 400 lots near Vox Technology Park in Timisoara. The constructions will start in November and will be finished in June 2018. The parking lots will also have a charging station for electric cars and bicycles’ spaces, according to Business-Review.eu.
Vox Technology Park will have an overall lettable area of 26,000 sqm and will be delivered in December following an investment of over EUR 30 million.
„We committed that we’ll develop one of the most technologically performative office projects in Romania and all we do goes in that direction. Recently we launched the program Vox Your StartUp, through which we aim to support the start-ups in Timisoara and the best project will get for free an office space within the project,” said Virgil Tornoreanu, managing partner Werk Property Group, the project developer.
Vox Technology Park is formed of a building with two wings on seven, respectively 10 floors. The pre-rental level of the project is 60 percent for tenants from IT&C field and financial field.
